City School of Decatur

Renfroe Middle School

A section with many active leaks in Renfro Middle School was completely replaced. Extra insulation was added to meet the new energy efficient codes. A new GAF 60 mil TPO roofing system was installed in the areas requested. No charge orders were needed. The price estimated was the same as the price invoiced. 4 days were needed to replace these sections of Renfroe Middle.

Fulton County Jail

Remove and replace metal roof front porch

A section of the Fulton County Jail located at 901 Rice St NW. CGS was hired to replace the front porch metal roof. Carpentry work was also done to repair all the damaged ceiling wood due to numerous leaks. The job was completed with extreme security protocols due to the type of building we were working at. The job was completed on time and according to budget.

Dekalb County

Tire Replacement Facility

CGS has also replaced roof systems for Dekalb County, as a sub-contractor for a larger construction company that was awarded the project. CGS provided turnkey services, including labor, material, dumpster, equipment and supervising teams.
No change orders were needed to complete this project, within our time frame.

CGS has worked in several occupied multi-family properties located all over metro Atlanta. The work was done in partnership with AMPM Partners. All occupied building roofs were replaced successfully—with no additional costs and delivered on time. The timeframe of this large project was scheduled to be worked on and be done in 30 days.
